Despite our review being based on an online betting site, the Fitzdares club goes back more than a decade now, close to two decades in fact, to 2005.

You must consider however, that any winnings above this amount are forfeit, so just bear that in mind when placing a bet in the hopes of winning a few million quid in a day.

Without a doubt, Fitzdares’ customer service is one of the best in the entire industry.

Customer service agents are friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. As mentioned, you can place bets over the phone, via live chat, or by text, so getting hold of a customer service rep is a piece of cake.

Somebody from customer service can be reached 7 days per week, from 9am until 9pm on Mon – Sat, and from 10am – 9pm on Sunday.

Final thoughts

So, is Fitzdares recommended? Absolutely.

Okay, the site may not offer the most generous welcome bonuses or promotions, but the customer service here is fantastic, the site is very professional and efficient, and the game and sport selection here is top of the line.

We love the simplicity of the site, the professionalism, and the fact that it’s so easy to contact somebody if you have any issues or questions.
